Commissioning me:
-I reserve the right to decline any commission work
-All payments will be through paypal in USD, exceptions can be made at the artist’s discretion
-Complex characters will receive an upcharge at artist’s discretion
-I will not accept any commissions from users under the age of 16
-I will not accept any erotic artwork from users under the age of 18
-The artist will retain the rights to all works created. Please contact the artist if interested in commercial licensing.
-When using my PNGtuber, please credit me in the description.

Rights to the commissioned work:
-You may not use my work commercially* or for monetary profit, this includes any use of NFT or other crypto bologna
-You may not use my work to train AI
-You may not remove my signature, feel free to ask me to move it.
-You may not edit the artwork without clearing it with the artist first
-You may edit custom designs_{^{*PNGtubers may be used for monetized streaming, however you are prohibited from making merchandise or other commercial products with my work.}}

Revisions:
-Major changes past the secondary sketch will result in a fee of 15% of the total commissions price. This does not apply to things that were visible on the reference sheet that the artist missed.
-You will receive a WIP shot at each phase of drawing (rough sketch, refined sketch, lineart, color, and shading) .you may not ask for revisions on a phase that has already been approved and the next phase has started.

Refunds:
-Refunds will not be given once the artwork is complete. No exceptions.
-Full refunds are only available prior to the lining phase, past that point you will receive a partial refund at the artists discretion.
-Asking for a refund will result in being placed on a blacklist from future commissions or raffles. (This does not apply to commissions that have not received any WIP shots in over 5 months or if the artist offers it)
-Refunded sketches will be sold as a ych

Sun is a sandwing/skywing hybrid. Raised by her sandwing father, the two of them would explore Pyhrria in search of animus touched objects. His father ran an antique business in Possibility as a cover, but those looking to purchase powerful animus objects knew who to ask. That is until the wrong dragons found out- their shop was raided and Sun's father was killed by bandits. She escaped with the most valuable animus touched objects and is now exploring Pyhrria on her own to continue his family's legacy, reclaiming the stolen animus objects, and to keep enchanted objects out of the wrong talons.

Past the dragon figmentation of Sun, Sol is a queer bigender artist from Vermont who likes to spend his time daydreaming about his original characters or working on artwork for others. She lives with two cats, Naruto and Mojo, and his corn snake, Qibli! Sol is passionate about the furry community and is proud to be a member of such a vibrant and supportive community.
In her free time, Sol enjoys exploring different mediums in art, cooking creative meals, one wheeling, and listening to audio books!
